Wookies in the Woods 2021 – Fontana Dam & Tail of the Dragon

Thank you.  That may seem like an odd way to start an event write-up, but THANK YOU! Thank you to the organizers who make sure all the prep work is handled and Fontana Village is ready for the Volkswagen R32 and Golf R enthusiasts to descend upon this little corner of the Smokey Mountains and home of the Tail of the Dragon.  Rules have been well established for years now and most of us followed them as best we could.  Our goal is to be invited back. Mayo on one side and mustard on the other.  Stay in your lane.  Drive within your means.  Every person in the S4RW crew that was in attendance yielded to the faster drivers when necessary and kept our cars safe and well exercised.  We have already started making plans for 2022.
